A workout... from within.

The Men's Wellbeing Initiative is about bringing men together to discuss general wellbeing. It doesn't matter who you are, what your background is, or how much you earn. It's simply a group of people having the chance to gain information and chat freely in a safe environment.
The initiative covers areas to improve your wellbeing, including understanding the impact of sleep, exercise, healthy eating (not diets), stress management, mindfulness, hydration, and alcohol. We live in a world of conflicting and unhelpful information and ideas.
Through the group initiatives, Eddie will break down these areas, help you make sense of them, and ultimately empower you to take full control of your wellbeing.
